Simplifying what to do in a critical or near fatal situation is invaluable. Having the confidence to know what to do in the first few seconds is equally invaluable
Andy’s manner - very engaging and very knowledgable
Relaxed atmosphere, small class, hands on
Information was broken down into manageable chunks, easy to remember. Good balance of theory and practice.
