Giving blood is one of the simplest ways you can make a profound difference and genuinely save a life.

Blood donations are at a real low. A generation gap is opening up according to the BBC (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-13748004) there is a reported drop of 20% in the amount of young people (17-34) donating. Only 4% of eligible donors actually donate.

All it takes is a couple of hours of your day. Give blood today. You never know when you, a relative or friend may need it.
