Well Christmas has gone off with a bang!
A well received free Adult Basic Life Support and Defib training session held at the Band Stand at Welland Park for the runners of Market Harborough Parkrun!
If you would like to book a full class don't forget to mention Market Harborough parkrun and you'll get a rather festive 10% off your booking!
Give me a yell for any bespoke training you and your friends and family may need!
Well done for braving the rather chilly teaching conditions post run!
Also did I mention I got a PB today?

A sad day for the Resuscitation community, Henry Heimlich has passed away

US doctor Henry Heimlich, who invented the manoeuvre used to help victims of choking, has died aged 96.
A true Resuscitation legend, not only did he invent the abdominal thrust that will have saved so many lives, he also invented a chest drain device credited with saving the lives of many US soldiers in the Vietnam war.
More recently he used his name sakes manoeuvre to save a fellow nursing home residents life at the age of 96?! What an incredible individual.
