A Walk to Remember

Lucy Smith and her son Will have embarked on an epic journey across the country to raise money and awareness for Alzheimers.

Will started off in Edinburgh with help from his brother Jake. He was then joined by his mum Lucy in Sheffield.  Their family and friends have been with them either in spirit or person - Lucy's husband saved the day acting as if he were a Tour De France support vehicle to come and lighten the loads the two were (are in the case of Will) carrying!  

They have both braved hills, intense sunshine, (judging by the rosiness of the two their faces on the photos! Remember kids, slip, slap, slop!) rain, wind and blisters to walk across the country to raise money for the charity Alzheimers Society.

Lucy finished her portion of the journey yesterday (well done!) and Will is going to continue on to Swinford!?!
